I had my AFS Orientation yesterday~
Another girl who was going to Japan was there so we talked quite a bit at lunch :)
Also her brother had gone on an exchange to Japan 2 years ago, so he talked about Japan as well.
The orientation was all the way in Fallbrook! Which is like an hour away from where I live, and my parents got lost! lol
Anyways, the orientation wasn't as boring as I thought it would be, there were only 2 other exchangers and their families there.
We just talked about general AFS rules, and what you'll feel like on exchange and what not.
I CANNOT WAIT to get my host family! I am so excited to get one!!

Ah, so lucky! 8D I have not had my Orientation yet, but it turns out I am the only one in my area going to Japan. So I don't think I will be meeting anyone doing so t'll I get to Los Angeles. Who knows, we'll most likely meet each other! I can't wait to get a Host Family either! That will probably be the most exciting part before going off to Japan. =]
